Tamara is a passionate Drama and Karate instructor dedicated to helping children and adults grow in confidence, discipline, and self-expression. With a strong foundation in both the performing arts and martial arts, she brings a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and mentorship to every class. Having trained professionally in drama through CADA, LAMDA, and Trinity Guildhall London, and competed at both national and international karate level representing South Africa, Tamara is committed to helping every student unlock their potential—whether on stage, on the mat, or in everyday life.
My drama story
Drama Journey
Studied acting at the Cape Academy of Dramatic Art (CADA) and graduated in 2012.
Completed her acting examinations through LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art).
Teaching Speech and Drama at schools since 2014
Received her ATCL qualification in 2014 through Trinity Guildhall, London
Featured in movies, commercials and theatre productions.
Passionate about performing and still dabbles in acting work in her spare time.

Karate Journey
Teaches karate classes at schools across the Southern Suburbs as well as ladies only classes.
Competed in numerous Regional competitions and National Championships.
Represented South Africa at two World Championships:
2023 – Cape Town, South Africa
2025 – Järvenpää, Finland
On route to achieving her Second Dan in Karate.
